how many mom's out there drink coffee 0r capp. every day ? to stay active?

is it bad to drink capp. and coffee everyday? Or is there something else you use to stay able to move 24/7 ?

  • I drink coffee ot tea occassionally, but not to stay awake. I actually like making my coffees at home with the whipping cream and sprinkles. My sister works at the Coffee Bean and has taught me a few things.
    But usually I have no time for coffe until my child goes to school, then I do house work and use my coffee as a little reward for getting errands finished.

  • I have a cup every morning, maybe two.... Its the best start to the day... I don't need it to keep me moving 24/7, my kids to that!

  • I excercise, seriously i have more energy when i work out regularly. Coffee is something i truly love but i i only have one to enjoy it not for the energy.

    If you cant get out and excercise then turn some music on while working around the house that raises the energy level of everyone in my house.

  • I LOVE coffee and used to work at Starbucks where I downed caffeine like it was goin outta style. After quitting I realized that I had more energy without it. (no crash....and REAL energy...not fake energy like coffee gives you.) So although my old coworkers would be very dissapointed, I enjoy decaf every morning and I heard (havent tried it) that a B12 vitamin helps.

  • caffeine actually makes me sleepy sometimes (a little just helps me calm down and focus, though)

    I find it better to get enough sleep, enough exercise, eat healthy- and for breakfast, starches (like toast, or pancakes) make me sleepy. The best Wake-Me-Up in the morning is fresh fruit and protein. drinking lots of water and taking vitamins

    I drink a latte or tea a couple times a week. as a treat- not to wake me up. I get overly anxious and panicky when driving long distances and drinking a latte helps a lot- to calm me and focus me on the driving.
