  • Talk to your son and let him handle the situation.

  • Nothing. Sorry but if anyone needs to do something, it is your son if he is the bio-dad of the kids.

By split up, do you mean as in married and seperate? If so, encourage your son to get a divorce.

  • Stay out of it or maybe keep the kids longer as to not expose them to this.

Nope still not your business. It's your sons.

  • You can tell your son you will support him in any means necessary-help babysit when he gets custody of the kids-go with him to the attorney if he needs moral support, etc...

If the children are truly in danger-you call CPS just as you would if your neighbors children or any child was in danger

Oh and you hope and pray if thats your thing-that this situation turns around quickly.

  • Have to agree, not your business. If the child is in imminent danger, true danger, or getting beat, then call CPS and let them handle it. Other than that your son makes his own choices.

  • If the children are in danger try to get temp custody of them. Try to encourage your son to get custody of his children. If they were married and there is no custody arrangement then he can legally get his children and not give them back, mothers do it everyday.
