  • I don't see why not. Layer him in sunblock, take plenty of drinking water and go have some fun.

My youngest daughter 19months loves the ocean as well as my other children.

  • 2-1/2 year olds move pretty quickly need to be supervised at all times especially at the beach so they don't end up where they are not supposed to like out in the deep water by themselves.

  • Why wouldn't it be? Just use common sense.

Mine are 3,5,9... I take them to the beach alone, you just have to keep them close to keep them safe.

  • I have a leash and a floaty swim suit for my 2 year old she dont mind it and I can have a hold of her and still let her play free.

  • Mine have been going since they were born, but at 2.5 years old you definitely need to keep a close eye on them. Why would you think it wasn't okay?
