Exercise after birth

How long after you gave birth to your child did you wait to start an intense abdomen workout? Would you need some time to heal before putting your body through that or would it be OK to start a few days after you got home form the hospital?

  • I give my body at least 2 weeks everytime. Especially for intense workouts.

  • You need atleast a 15 days for normal delivery and atleast a 1 and a half for c- section. Then also better to get your doctor's advise because he/she would know about your body condition. So always consult with your PCP first and then start your workout routine.
