  • I think that is one of those things where it depends on the person and their thoughts on the subject. Some people have boundries about that, some dont.

  • IMO, if you were separated and/or agreed that it was ok to see other people, it's not cheating. To me, being legally married to someone isn't being spiritually or emotionally united with someone, it's just a piece of paper. Once that relationship ends, regardless of the status of the paper, you're not obligated to that person anymore so long as it's a mutual decision (you're separated, and he knows, so I'm guessing it was mutual). That's just me, though.
