  • I would say 9 too. I dont like putting my kids to bed super early. My 4 year old and 2 year old go to bed between 830 and 9.

  • I ALWAYS put my grandson in bed at 8, it seems to take a little while for him to fall asleep, this way he is asleep BY 8:30 at the latest. Works great for me and him.

  • It totally depends on your child's schedule. My 3 year old is an early riser, so he is in bed usually by 7:30.

  • I bumped my kids from 8:30 to 9:00 when they got to 5th grade which they were 10.

  • I think it depends on the schedule and the child. My 22 and 20 year olds went to bed at 9 when they were 10 years old. My 11 year old still goes to bed around 8:00-8:30. While his brothers seemed to do fine at the 9pm time when they were younger, this one seems to need more sleep. His brothers got up around the same time their brother needs to get up now. 6:30am.
