  • Exactly..when it becomes uncomfortable. Your bed has everything to do with it. With my last pregnancy we had a waterbed and I slept sort of half stomach half side the entire pregnancy.

  • When it is uncomfortable, it is time to find another way to sleep. They say that sleeping on your back is not good and I'm too big to sleep on my Tummy so I don't sleep good anymore.

  • When it is no longer comfortable.

I am a mover when I sleep and I had horrible carpal tunnel,. so sleeping on my side made it worse. I would sleep on my left side until my hand started to go numb and cramp and then I would sleep on my back

  • Sleeping on your back cuts the oxygen down, that's why it is hard to breathe if you are doing so, I wouln't suggest it. But I sleep half side, half tummy...good luck to her, it is definately hard to get compfy sleeping while pregnant!
