Dinner in hurry?

Okay, so I know this isn't a question but I just had to post this since it was sooo easy and my 5 year old loved it! I happened to have much of this stuff already without having to make a trip to the store.
1/2 lb beef, cut into strips
1/2 cup red bell pepper, cut into strips
1/2 cup green bell pepper, cut into strips (I used yellow)
2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles (1 beef, 1 oriental flavor)
1/2 cup snow peas (I had sweet peas and a bag of asparagus stirfry)
1/2 cup broccoli
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder

Fill a large saucepan 2/3 full of water. Bring to a boil. When water boils, add ramen noodles and cook 3 minutes. Drain.
Meanwhile, in a wok or large frying pan, heat oil on high heat. Add beef, vegetables, teriyaki sauce, garlic, ginger, and seasoning packets from ramen noodles.

  • I love doing stir fry and would never have though of this. Thanks! I am going to have to try that soon. My husband bought me a wok for our anniversary (I had been wanting one for a while) and I love it!
