  • What would you consider cheap? I usually wait for sales and then stock up. You might do an online search to find Sb paper at a price you like.

  • A lot of Dollar Trees have small scrapbooking sections. I get a lot of unique sitckers and such there....their paper selection really varies from visit to visit, but it's probably worth checking out.

  • What size paper are you looking for? You could always get a digital scrapkit and print the papers yourself with your home printer or have them printed at an online site like persnicketyprints.com (though that is more expensive)
