What are some good breadings besides flour or breadcrumbs?

Anything else I could bread this chicken with besides flour or breadcrumbs? Those are the only 2 in which I have experience.

  • mix packaged bread crumbs with parmesan cheese (the powdered kind you get for spaghetti) and add salt and pepper to taste. coat the chicken lightly in regular flour, then egg, then the bread crumb mix. fry it in veggie oil and enjoy.

  • I had a bag of smashed sour cream & onion potato chips that I hated to waste. So I smashed 'em up further and breaded my chicken tenders in it. Hubby & kids loved it.
