Is there any way (aside from surgery) to make my boobs perky (or at least not saggy) again?

  • I have noticed that since I have started to lift weights and do chest exercises, my boobs are not as saggy as they used to be. They are also firmer. It is worth a try!

  • Yep....weight training. Exercise the pectoral muscles. Also, make sure you are using adequate bra support. Wearing a comfortable bra at night may help too.

  • Good bra, "cupcakes" you can slip into your bra to give you a little lift, and like the other ladies have said--exercise!

  • I've had 5 babies and breastfed all of them, I started out a C cup and when pregnant and nursing was a DD, go figure I can barely fill out an A cup now! I do 70 pushups a day and also lift weights and have been for years and nothing has brought them back it seems to only get worse:(
