  • I can do it both ways. But with my feet I tire more quickly.

  • i'm really short and with my husband gaining weight it's more like i'm just sitting on him...lol.maybe i should try my feet then i could actually rise above him.

  • I usually squat with my feet as my support. I feels better and I can bounce better. ;) Using your feet is more tiresome though!
