  • You could do a jack o' lantern face on your belly. Or if you want to do something more adult themed, you could be a nun. Even funnier if your Husband or SO dresses as a priest!

  • I went as an angel last year when I was pregnant with the twins. Even won money in a costume contest at work....I should have had my husband wear a devil costume....

  • paint your belly.. or your shirt wear you belly is.. as a big fish bowl..
    Then you can carry around your "fish bowl" ..
