Is it legal to photograph or video someone & put it on a public website like You Tube, Facebook, etc?? Or do you need their permission to post it?

  • It is called Copyright infringement and the party/parties can sue. Beware of this because I see so many lawsuits over pictures being put on face book or my space with consent.

  • technically you need their permission and if someone got mad enough about it they could sue.

  • depends on the situation. Usually its not okay, but if your at a place like Disney World where its super crowded and people are just passing thru the shot, then no.
