How much cheese is good for you?

I always thought it was not good for you because it is high in fat.

  • Too much dairy can leach iron and other nutrients from your body. Don't have more than one ounce (a 1" square) at a meal

  • it can supposedly stop you up but i have never experienced our house there is no such thing as too much cheese....we've never had adverse side effects from it so I don't really know.
