1 Bump

I have a 2.5-year-old and a 9-month-old. From the time they wake up from their nap (3 pm) until the time they go back to bed I am utterly fatigued.

Any tips or tricks on energy boosting for the afternoons?

  • Y'all are great! I do need to try and nap. I work from home, so many times that's my working time. I also get groggy and a headache if I don't nap long enough.

You know, I've tried vitamins before and they have made me nauseas. (Geez I sound like I'm making an excuse for everything!) I think I will try the herb thing though. I should research that some more

    Thank y'all!
