  • I tried the rinse by Listerine. It ate into my enamel and made my teeth SOOOOO sensitive to cold. Bad bad idea.

  • Skip that expensive stuff.... I found CVS has a gel tooth whitener with a flexible mouth piece...it only takes a few minutes in the morning and at night. It works GREAT. The strips can't get in between like a gel can. You can see results in like three days. It costs less than $6.00. All OTC tooth whiteners are pretty much just hydrogen peroxide and glycerin.

  • I got the Crest white strips last year, the newer ones that don't slip. They definitely whitened my teeth, not like a dentist whitening, but I got a few shades whiter. I'm due to do it again. I think it was somewhere in the $30 range, but can't remember....I know I had a big coupon for it, I'm sure you could find one online for $5 or $8 off.
