At what age does a man's sperm count begin to decrease? Is possible for a 68 year male to produce healthy active sperm?

  • Men are not like women, their sperm never shrivels like our eggs. They can have children until the day they die. Doesn't seem fair does it?

  • Yes he can produce live active sperm. Whether they are healthy and bountiful is another issue. As men age there is more that can not necessarily go wrong but change. The biggest being the drop in sperm count. If you are concerned talk to your Dr.

  • a man sperm count can b low @ birth..
    but they can keep making until death an some say even after death..lol

  • My friend had a baby sister born about 6 months after we graduated from high school. Her Mom was 42 and her Dad was 78. WOw...I know....LOL.
