  • Crying, because that usually means something actually wrong. Whiney I don't do, it's annoying and there is no reason for it. My kids learned early that was a way to get into trouble.

  • crying usually has a reason that can be cured. So crying. Whining is not only annoying but oftentimes just a way to get what they want.
