Anyone Else Excited that School's Back In?

I love my kids, we've had a great summer, but I was getting tired of hearing "what are we going to do today?" and "I'm bored" ten times a day. My littlest (2.5) and I danced around the living room this morning, then we sat down a read a book.

  • I wish we were back - in VA we have a state law that school can't start until after labor day - and then we don't get out until june 24th. It would be so much better as a teacher if we could start earlier - I do look forward to coming back - I wouldn't be the teacher I am if I didn't - the summer is nice for recharging the batteries though....

  • It is nice to have them occupied, but I do miss them during the day.
