Are there baby things that you bought or receieved as a gift that you NEVER used?

  • Yes. Baby bathtub, all the bottles I got as gifts, and all the drool bibs. I never had any use for any of them and ended up giving them away.

  • I received a lot of clothes that I didn't like the feel of (I don't like synthetics on the kids). We donated them all to a local women's shelter.

  • I got a diaper wipes warmer that I didn't use. I tried it once and "toasted" the wipes and had to throw them all out. Maybe I did something wrong, IDK, but the whole thing seemed a little silly anyway. I'd just hold the wipe in my hands for a few seconds to warm it up before touching baby's bottom with it.

  • Yes, we had way too many baby clothes, more than we needed. A swaddle blanket and shopping cart cover weren't used either.

  • lots mostly clothes that were already too small. I just put them away and will regift at some point.

  • I never used the wipes warmer, either. I also didn't use the baby sling or all the newborn shoes we got. Why would a newborn need shoes?
