Do you use any of the Ghirardelli, Toll House or Nestle baking bars in your baking?

I've used the baking bars in many of my baking recipes because of the wonderful taste that these bars impart and the high chocolate content from 60-100% which makes the baked goods more intense in flavor. I've used them in cakes, cookies, dipping fruit into the different chocolates, etc.

  • I use all 3 depending what Im making. Nestles toll house makes better cookies while Ghirardelli makes better taramisu or mouse.

  • I have used Chocolate Baking Bars for different recipes .. Like Insideout S'Mores. Delicious and better then the real thing actually! But I don't know what brand I have used.

  • if I'm baking something special I use Valhrona or for everyday its Bakers, except chocolate chip cookies, only toll house will do.

  • Nestle bars are my favorite bar, but I use the Ghriradeli chips more than the hershey chips. :)
