How to boost energy?

OK ladies, hit me with ideas. So far I have:
-get the right amount of sleep (enough, but not too much)
-stay away from caffeine
-drink a lot of water

What are some more ways to boost energy? Thanks!
(PS obviously I am not looking for shortcuts but real, long-term energy boosts).

  • i know it sounds counter-productive, but a short nap or break will help. you'd be surprised how well you bounce up if you just stop and sit/lay down, rest your eyes for about 10-15 mins. kinda like 'going to your happy place'. it works for me!

  • I just found out my problem is worrying. I have a chronic problem. The article said to set aside time in the day to worry, not at bedtime. When it's not time to worry, just note it and worry about it during the scheduled worry time. I hope this helps.
