  • I drank iced tea (Lipton--fresh brewed not the bottled stuff) all through all my pregnancies. In fact I didn't stop doing anything during my pregnancies. I ate and drank everything like I normally do (except beer which I only drink occasionally anyway so it wasn't a big deal).

  • I drink fresh Lipton Ice Tea during pregnancy. I fix it myself, cause I hate the taste of the bottle teas.

  • If you are anti caffeine during pregnancy, have decaf. If you don't mind some caffeine during pregnancy, then it doesn't matter, just possibly avoid Raspberry tea as it is something that can potentially cause contractions.

  • Haha I feel your pain! I have been craving iced tea since I concieved!!!!!! Just watch how much because of the caffene, but you should be ok with a glass a day.

  • I drank tea wile I was pregnant with my girls. I also had to have caffeine so I would have one pepsi a day so I wouldnt get the killer head ache for not having it. ( and I know that's not what you asked but I think one pop is fine during pregnancy).

  • Red raspberry leaf tea is great while pregnant and I think it tastes very similar to regular tea when it's cold. RRL is full of vitamins and minerals and it's a uterine tonic so it will help your uterus prepare for labor!
