  • Well, my sons dietitian said kids his age should have two eight ounce cups of milk a day, one eight ounce cup of real fruit juice and several cups of water. Hes two.

  • 3 servings of dairy per day - if there is a lot of cheese, yogurt, etc in the child's diet, milk isn't really needed - if there's no other dairy in the child's diet, then 24oz maximum of milk.

  • There isnt a minimum amount if they eat alot of dairy, if they dont eat dairy its 16oz. The maximum is 24oz :)

  • It depends on his diet. My son doesn't eat/drink any dairy so I can't help on the amount. Sorry!

  • my daughter loves milk and yougurt. so i try to give her 2-8ozs of milk a day and one yougurt and then if i put cheese in her regular meals that day.
