Does anyone on here know California Juvenile Felony Laws?

Like what you can do if you got a felony before you turned 18, and now as an adult it will not go away, even after requesting to have it sealed/which was denied. Is there some type of program, petition I can do in order for this to leave my sight?

  • I believe Governor Wilson said it was seven years with 0 offenses, not even traffic tickets. It can be done, but it's a lot of work. I used to live in Cali for many years. Their judicial system is crazy!!

  • I'm sure you can petition it, maybe get a list of referrals.
