Mashed potatoes w/ Ranch

Does anyone have the recipe for Mashed potatoes w/ Ranch? I made it before, years ago, and I know there was potatoes and a packet of Ranch dressing mixed in it. There was also a couple of other ingredients, but can't remember what. Can anyone help me?

  • Google it! But I don't think there is much more to it than what you already said. I have not made them in a while but I always just made my homemade/self-mashed potatos as usual and added the powdered ranch mix. You could also forgo the milk and just use the liquid dressing instead. Experiment and make it your own!

  • I'll be nice. I have a can of Hidden Valley Ranch powder, here's the recipe off the back.

4 cups Hot, unsalted mashed potatoes, with or without skins
To serve Butter or margarine (optional)
    Prep time - 10 minutes
    Cook time - 40 minutes
Add dressing mix to potatoes; stir well. Serve with butter or margarine, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
