B.R.A.T Diet?

What is in the B.R.A.T diet? My 2 year old has been sick sence 2:30 to day she has thrown up 3 times already. She won't eat much but if she dose she don't hold it down long. What do I need to feed her?

    it's for upset tummies and reflux mostly.

  • Most of the time dr. say not to change their diets.If certain things make you childs illness worse, call the dr and see if they recommend changing her diet. But as for what it includes... the BRAT diet includes bananas rice applesauce and toast. you should NOT give her soda or carbonated drinks. juice or liquids with a lot of sugar, and jello or gelatin deserts. I would recommend... unless your doctor has instructed you otherwise... to just include MORE of those foods ((bananas, applesauce, rice, and toast)) into her diet, not limiting to just those.
