  • The man and another were both US soldiers. The news station says that they don't know where they got the idea from. HELLO?! I'm sure it was part of torture training.

    They should be courtmarshalled.

  • Do it to him!

  • I won't watch it, but as an adoptive parent I will say that he should have his foster license revoked immediately. Period. He should also undergo counseling as well as possible charges of child endangerment/ abuse. That is inexcusable behavior of a parent- especially a foster parent. Those children have undergone so very much in their short lives in most cases and being placed in a home where abuse is occurring is wrong on so many different levels. I hope that child is removed and placed in a different home immediately.

  • Obviously he should get charged with child abuse and all relevant punishments should be used. They should add on a nice little waterboarding for him, as well.

  • i would like to see anyone who violently abuses a child (esp a poor little foster child that you ASKED to have in your home) hung in public... make sure the nooze is loose too so it doesnt happen immediatly, they suffer. we need to eliminate that from out society. i see that as one of the worst things you could possibly do on this earth. He shouldnt be allowed to waste anymore air and water. kill him!

  • They need to Waterboard him.....and jail him. That poor little kid has been traumatised and will suffer the rest of his life ...the fear and the lack of trust in people will be with him for a long long time.

  • What I worry about is the cases like this we have not heard about...child abuse cases are like mice, you see one and their will be plenty more you don't see
