  • i eat the serving size but thats because i am on a diet other wise i would eat like three lol it is so good

  • No. I only eat what the serving suggestion is.. I either eat Kashi warm cinnamon or Uncle Sam.

  • No. I eat one bowl of healthy cereal and then eat some fruit if I am still hungry.

  • Sometimes. If I have left over milk in the bowl, more than likely.
    I have often thought about doing the Special K diet, but only 1 cup of cereal wouldn't do it for me- I don't have strong will power, lol.

  • I haven't been able to have cereal since April. Due to Chemo. But I only have one! I need some Honey nut Cheerios. I gave all of them away., Now I have off store brands & they're Expired!!

  • I have more than one bowl almost every time I have cereal - BUT I hate soggy cereal so I eat very small bowls, less than a serving per bowl.
