  • I'd say McCain has the most on-hand experience, but many people don't realize that Obama majored in political science and international relations at Columbia University. It's not like he doesn't know how policies work or anything, yanno?

  • I think that McCain would. I don't think that Obama has any foreign policy experience except for dealing with his Muslim friends. I also think that it's kinda funny that he says he's not a muslim but in an interview with a Fox News Reporter states he's muslim and then only corrects himself when the reporter asks if he means Christian. a slip of the tongue can tell you a lot about someones true identity.

  • is there a difference between being a muslim or a christian..unless you're running for office?? (just curious)

  • McCain does seem to have more direct foreign policy experience. But foreign policy is not the issue that's going to make or break the election.

  • I agree that McCain has more direct foreign policy experience, but Obama probably has more foreigner people skills. His 2 room mates in collage were Muhammad Hasan Chandoo and Wahid Hamid, both from Pakistan. Summer of 81, he made a round the world trip to Indonesia, Hyderabad, India, 3 weeks in Karachi, Pakistan, then off to Africa. He's good buddies with Antoin "Tony" Rezko of Aleppo Syria who was the Entrepreneur of the decade, by the Arab-American Business Association. As a matter of fact, Rezko was one of Obama's 1st major financial contributors, and they moved in right next to each other so they must be pretty tight. Nadhmi Auchi, and Iraqi-born bilionaire is also a good friend of Obama's, they've "met" many times over the years.

  • cont.
Valerie Jarrett was Obama's wifes old boss and is now Obama's chief advisor, she was born in Shiraz, Iran. Obama has contact with "Hamas", which controls Gaza strip, and even told the Iraqi leaders not to do anything with the war because "Hell take care of things" when he get's elected. It seems to me that Obama has much more personal foreign policy experience. I don't care what you say, McCain can't top that!

  • There is no arguement that McCain has more foreign policy experience. He has been in office much longer than Obama. That doesn't mean his policies would be better than Obama's. Everyone has to do their research and see who's policies (foreign, domestic) they agree with more.
