Her molars are keeping her up at night

Her molars are coming in. She usually sleep through the night, but for the last two week she's been waking up crying because of her teeth. Any suggestions on how to help her? I've been giving her baby ibuprophen, but she still wakes up once or twice just bawling her eyes out.
