  • Gailll, thats hilarious :) Ok, so i am looking at the CDC growth charts. The average 12 month old boy is a tad over 22 1/2lb. For a girl its a tad over 21lb. At 27lb your son weighs more than approximately 93 out of 100 boys his exact age. Hope that helps.

  • Doctors say babies should triple their birth weight by 1 year. A 6lb baby at birth should be around 18lbs at 1 year.
