Prenatal Yoga or Namaste?

I am active in Namaste Yoga. Will I really have to switch to Prenatal yoga?

  • I've never heard of "Namaste Yoga"..
May I ask what it is exactly.

I'm curious because "Namaste" is a term of greeting/saying good-bye.. Not really anything that has to do with yoga. So I'm wondering what it is, what it's about and what it's like.. I'm always curious when I see/hear new things.

  • I loved prenatal yoga! It really helped my breathing technique when I was in labor.

  • LOL. Yes, Namaste is what the instructor says at the end of our Yoga sessions. There are many types of Yoga and prenatal Yoga.

  • Sorry all, Namaste Yoga is a movement-flow yoga. You don't hold a pose instead you flow through a sequence of poses.
