  • My 7 mo. sleeps 45min , 3 times a day and then about 7 hours at night. But, he will only sleep in his crib (not the car, play pen, grandma's house.)

  • That might be normal for your little one. Although at that age my two and the little boy I take care of couldn't make it any longer than about three hours between naps. My youngest slept no longer than 30 - 45 minutes until he got to 12 months. Then he would actually make it to 1.5 hours sometimes. Just wasn't the napper that my oldest was.

  • My 10 month old is in transition. But somedays he is up for 2 or 3 hours then naps his morning nap, maybe an hour. Then his afternoon nap is 2 to 3 hours.
