HELP!!!! Can I "can" frozen strawberries?

I just bought them in a 30 gallon pail. I am wanting to transfer them to my canning jars then hot-water bath them and can them (this will fit and store better (space wise) and be easier to use in smaller amounts later. Is it okay to do this? Do they have to be hot before canning them or just thawed?

  • Yes they need to be hot to can them or the jars wont seal properly. Its FINE to can them if they are heated to temp right
