How much weight are you comfortable with?

On my almost 6 foot frame I think 180 is cool.

  • At 5'6, 135-140 puts me in a sz 6... Though, I should add that I have always been extremely athletic, and am well muscled.

  • On my 5'3" curvy body, 155 is TOO much. I think 140 is where I should be, any less and my curves would suffer!

  • Im 5'10 and weigh 165.. Would like to lose 10 lbs though to get back to my pre-baby weight, lol. I look alright at 165, just not as firm as I would like to be, lol!

  • I always thought I was perfect at 140 - I am 5'1" and very top heavy, so that puts me in the size 10 range which I like. But after having my son, I am 155 and not even remotely CLOSE to a size 10. My body has changed shape so drastically that I don't have the first clue what my goal is anymore! I miss my hourglass, meh. Now I am a triangle - so top heavy, big waist, and tiny hips and legs. I don't have to unbutton my pants anymore to take them off because I have no hips :(

  • I'm 5'1" and I am 117 lbs..was 115 last week. I'm so ticked since I have done the same as usual except for my workouts have changed. I have no idea how I gained weight after running 4 miles on Sunday, 3 on Tuesday, 2 yesterday and Insanity DVDs. My calories are the same as usual....over 1285 and under 1500. Sigh...
    9 months ago I was 167 lbs and a size 12. I've lost over 50 lbs and am now a size 1 in juniors. My ideal weight is anywhere from 110-130 goal weight is 110-111 lbs. I'm pretty stinkin' comfy and happy after losing so much...
