  • Keep off your feet as much as possible and try to keep them elivated. Also stay away from salty foods...

  • elevate your feet at night, reduce salt intake,no hot dogs-bacon-lunchmeat-ect.Soak in hot water.

  • Lots of water and at least 75 grams of protein a day. Also, don't avoid salt completely, you need some in your diet or your body will hold on to it even more. Keep your feet up when you can, and soaking them feels great.
