those shoes that tone up your legs.....

i believe they have differnt brand of them such as sketcher's shape ups. what exactly do they do? do they work?

  • I have some of the sketchers shape up sandals..they make my feet hurt..My sister has several pairs in different styles, she says they do work..I am on the fence really. If you walk enough in any shoe I would hope it would make a

    I have these.... I love them. If you are on your feet all day, they are a blessing. I worked a craft show after I had gotten these, and I was on my feet for 15 hours. I felt great afterward. These are actually the only pair of shoes I own, so I'm always in them and I have never regretted purchasing them. They are like walking on gel cushy! They're good for your posture, but it's not like they are gonna lift your butt 4 inches...but I didn't buy them for that.

  • Basically i heard it said that if they make you want to walk or whatever then they are doing something, but as for that actual shoe doing anything for you...nah

  • I am a nurse who works in a 12 hour ICU-many of the nurses wear either MBTs or Danko(sp). I could not wear either- they are just too heavy for my legs and feet.
