  • i had to start my son at 2 1/2 months! i didnt feel comfortable with it but his pooh was like water and he wasnt gaining hardly any weight.. turn out he was allergic to my milk but the rice cereal was just fine for him

  • I started solid food at 6 months. I started with real food rather than rice cereal or processed baby food, but he had oatmeal I think at 8 months.

  • Six months with my first, he got rice cereal. and my second was eight months, he gets oatmeal. He has a sensitive tummy so I have a longer process with him and food, than with my oldest.

  • Skipped cereal. But, you can do the mixed once they've had all the single ingredient ones.
