  • Hmm...from a restaurant? Cheesy Potato Skins =3

Homemade? I think any kind of finger foods are good, like mini pigs in a blanket or veggies and dip.

  • Spinach and Artichoke dip with lump crab meat and toasted french bread rounds. Mmmmmmmmm. And it's super easy to make. I also dig on anything made with puff pastry, it can be a cocktail weenie or some other meat or bruschetta etc. wrapped up in it but somehow the filo dough just screams hors d'ouvers.
Ohhh and stuffed mushrooms are always a hit, clams casino, a shrimp cocktail or well done veggie and cheese platter work well too. What's the occasion? That kind of narrows down the appetizers. Birthday part is a little different menu that wedding reception you know?

  • Sweet & Sour kielbasa is always a hit here! A good size kielbasa, 1 jar chile sauce and 1 can cranberry sauce to each lb. of meat.
