What would you give your kid/kids to drink at night?

I have a 3 years old who got to have a drink every 30min.. well that what it looks like.

  • My kids only ever drink water unless they are eating a meal.

  • kids mainly get juice with meals other than that we do water.

  • She gets water after brushing her teeth. I smetimes give her a drink of my diet caffeine free soda. She can have whatever she wants that we have (non-alcoholic of course!) before teeth time. She usually goes to bed with a cup of water on her night table.

  • if it's after we've brushed our teeth, water. we were giving milk when he was littler and almost got cavities! i dont want my 4 yr old to have cavities!!

    if it's after supper but before bedtime, he can have milk or water.

  • Only water before bed. Juice may wake them up and I don't want sugar or milk rotting in my boys mouths at night.

  • Water or Milk- two things that won't hurt their teeth. Whatever they are drinking through the night is what is staying on their teeth. Don't give them anything with too much sugar. It will cause tooth decay.
