Dont you want those old cartoons back?

I just loved the old cartoons, Heman, Smurfs, Pound Puppies, Duck Tales, Rainbow Bright, My Little Pony, Care Bears... Where did the good times go????

  • Thats weird that you posted this because me and my DH were just talking about that. i really dont like alot of the new cartoons, like spongebob, i know alot of people who love him, but i think he is gross. everything these days is about violence. i know there was violence in older cartoons, but it didnt seem as bad back then, like they just seem worse now, maybe it's because i'm a parent now i don't know

  • im a rainbow bright and carebear fan go to walmart they sell carebear and my lil pony movies and you can even get the movie and bears to geather sometimes

  • TeaAndrews, you totally read my mind. I miss those older Nickelodean shows.
    I also used to watch Bugs Bunny and Road Runner, Daffy Duck... and LOVED them, but now I won't let my son watch them (he got a dvd with the classics). I never realized just how violent those cartoon were. Guns and bombs and other stuff. I feel like a bad mother if I allow him to watch that stuff. Weird huh?

  • They're still on if you have enough cable channels. My daughter watches these "great new" cartoons that I used to watch as a kid.
