  • When my kids were little and feeling sick I would give them a bath or let them play in the tub (to bring down any fever), dress them in light fabric cool clothes, push fluids - jello, chicken soup, popsicles (to stay hydrated), put a humidifier in the room, rub baby vicks on their chests, give fever medicine (tylenol, advil, motrin) for fever, and let them rest as much as possible.

  • Give him water and orange juice and kids' vitamins and whatever he feels like eating. DOn't overdress him ....just let him sleep and take it easy.

  • A cool mist humidifier in his bedroom, as much fluids as he wants, dressed lightly so he can stay cool and as much rest as he wants and just keep an eye on him.
