  • Sorry I don't have a spouse pays $1200.00 per month for two kids which the mother doesn't allow him to see. Guess it goes by the salary as well. Is there a way to proof that he is working if he is lying about it?

  • In Oklahoma, if the parent that owes is not working they still base it off of FT minimum wage. In Florida, that is $7.25.

However, I can't calculate anything for you without knowing your income because that is taken into consideration when calculating child support. Here are a few online calculators for yourself. They give you estimates. Remember the judge can give you lesser or greater amounts than what comes up. GL!

  • In Ohio, if someone claims they are unemployed, child support is imputed based on full-time minimum wage. Contact your local child support enforcement agency and find out what you need to do. Once the order is in, he is going to have to start paying or eventually will rack up enough in arrears to get his license taken away.
