What else can I do?

I still have alittle pooch I have giving up sodas and sugars and try to eat right. What else is there?

  • Go with Good carbs, and make sure you are getting adequate protein.

  • no bad carbs (pasta, bread, chips, etc) - only good carbs like fruits & veggies - lots of protein, & exercise

  • Giving up soda was a great way to start! I agree with the others about the bad carbs, but don't cut out the good ones. Just stay away from white breads, pastas, rice, etc. Switch to whole grains. Are you exercising? Eating right and exercise just go hand in hand for flattening the tummy :)
