Would it be strange to have a Labor day bbq and not bbq?

I am so sick of grilling! Would it be weird to serve baked chicken and a tray of ziti, along with some fresh summer salads and sides? If I see another hamburger, hot dog or kabob I think I'll die. Or do you think our guests will be disappointed? I can always suck it up one more time....

  • Well I would call it a labor day party not a labor day BBQ lol A bbq implies you will actually BBQ. BTW the ziti sounds nummy :)

  • Sounds delicious to me! I agree with the above comments... if you're worried people will be disappointed, just call it a picnic! :) Have fun!
