  • My favorite way to fix them is to brown them on both sides in a little oil. Then add some sliced potatoes, carrots and onions. Mix 4 beef bouillon cubes with a cup of water and pour over all. Simmer until chops and veggies are tender. You will need a rather large skillet, but it's all done in one pan on top of the stove(can also use an electric skillet), and clean-up is a breeze. Bonus is the chops are delish!!

  • I use panko bread crumbs to coat mine. Just dip them in egg and coat it with the panko, place in an oven safe dish and cook at 350* for about 45 minutes.

  • I love mushroom soup with it, and just salt and pepper with mashed potatoes and use the extra mushroom soup that has been cooking with the pork chops for gravy and some asparagus! :) Mmm

  • salt and pepper both sides of your pork chops and brown in a skillet with oil. layer the pork chops with lemon slices and stewed tomatos in a crock pot...set on high and cook until they are fall apart tender (about 4-6 hours). Serve over rice... :)
