  • I like to spray pan with pam, roll out cresent rolls, top with browned taco meat ( 1 lb meat cooked, drained, and seasoned with 1 pkg taco seasoning), top with cheese. bake according to cresent roll pkg just until cresent rolls are cooked. I like to use a clear pan so I can hold it up and look thru bottom to see if rolls are done. cut into squares and serve with your fav. taco toppings. Always a hit at my house!

  • From all recipes:

    * 1 pound ground beef
    * 1 cup salsa
    * 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
    * 2 teaspoons chili powder
    * 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
    * 1 cup shredded Colby cheese
    * 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    * 1 medium tomato, chopped
    * 2 cups shredded lettuce

    1. In a saucepan, brown ground beef; drain. Add salsa, mayonnaise and chili powder; mix well. In an ungreased 2-qt. baking dish, layer half of the meat mixture, chips and cheeses. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Just before serving, top with tomato and lettuce.
