  • Prune juice, Orange Juice are goodness though any fruit juice should be a good choice. Drink plenty of water and eat fruits and veggies. Good luck to you. Eat plenty of fruit

  • Eat a cup of Activia yogurt every day, preferably at bedtime.

  • Stop taking iron pills.

    Most people can't handle the amount of iron in affordable supplements... if your iron level is genuinely low (under 9.5/95), eat iron-rich foods along with vitamin c-rich foods, and avoid eating them at the same time as spinach, coffee, tea or chocolate --caffeine and oxalic acid (present in many leafy greens) actively interfere with a body's ability to absorb iron.

    Live-bacteria/probiotic yogurt is a great suggestion.

  • My OB told me to use Miralax. It's safe during pregnancy and what she recommends to all of her pregnant Mamas. It works great. You just mix it up in your drink and you can't even taste it. It's okay to use daily.

  • take the prenatal vitamin with stool softner and drink a lot of water and prune juice.
